a question about mile high reminded me of something 24 years ago.    late night NY to LA flight .. before 9/11 so plane half empty ...   cute MILF in row behind me .. all to herself ..  i sit next to her ... we talk .. i was going through divorce and she was unhappily married with small kids ..   we talk more ..  emotions come out ... a polite kiss turns into DFK .. which eventually turns into her blouse open and bra undone.   (late night and plane fairly dark) .. this goes on for an hour i recall .. well finally plane lands.

she straightens herself out . me the same .. hair brushed clothes back on.    she gets off just before me as she greets her husband and kids at the gate ...  i just walk by without a gesture.    just thinking, husband has no idea ...and how in general one just never knows what happens when not there.   something to think about.    this was before everyone had cell phones or texts etc  so no idea what happened to her.   i don't think i even got her full name.    just hope it worked out for her happiness.

"Emmanuelle confesses to Marie-Ange that while she did not cheat on her husband in Paris, she did have sex with two strangers on the flight over to Bangkok. ..."

All women are whores. Assume it and you'll rarely be wrong. Its much more honest in the hobbying world, because people are open about what they are doing and no one's feelings get hurt.

That disclaimer about reviews and posts being fantasy definitely applies here.  He forgot to add the part about waking up from a dream.

Situations are often written about, but however doubtful, it is doubtful that it will not be written about because they entice interest and are downright intriguing—most likely because they do not make sense to commitment or order, but appeal to carnal pleasure and escapism, and the excitement of not getting caught. For instance, take this observation I read in a book from a then famous chef that once had his own TV series, and prior to that wrote a best seller about his life in the culinary business. One weekday he describes a large wedding party arriving at the restaurant after the wedding reception; mostly all of them are high on some substance. Currently in his life, he is a line order cook and notices that the bride pops in the kitchen looking for hash, then leaves. She later appears and is talking with the chef, to which the cook observes a big grin on his face, The chef then tells the line order cook to watch his station, which is a dream come true for him to be in a chef’s shoes, even if for short while. But curiosity gets the best of him, and soon along with other workers at the restaurant they pear through a window of the dingy fenced off area behind the place. They see the chef’s apron up resting on the bride’s back, and the brides dress pulled up over her hips, as she is bent over a garbage container. The chef is ferociously banging her from behind, and the young bride is groaning in ecstasy.
And the twist, is that the wedding party is happily dining on their food, unbeknownst to them “a few yards away” the young bride is getting “an impromptu send-off from a total stranger.”

Yes. Bourdain’s story (summarized here), is from Kitchen Confidential, Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly; from the chapter: Food is Sex.
