I am new in Industry based n california but now visiting Phoenix  and getting more msg about if i have TER I have no idea how I can gain reviews here any advice appreciated

You will get your provider profile created when you get your first review. That will be made by some client of yours. You know where TER is now so you can just ask if your customer uses TER and, if so, if he writes reviews. Don't offer incentives for writing a good review that can get a banned but as long as you're not trying to influence what they say -- other than by your personality and performance -- you can encourage them with some type of incentive.  

 
Check the link below, or just look at the FAQ for Newbies board and the pinned thread there. It's the instruction manual for TER and you'll find plenty of good, and necessary, information there. Also a good place to ask a question but is not as active as the General board so might be a day two for the answer these days.

I Googled her number and it looks like Orange County and perhaps Irvine in particular.

OC is so close yet so far. LA traffic makes OC women 1.5-2 hours each way. Too far for me lol. I might have TOFTT and given her a review.
