You will get your provider profile created when you get your first review. That will be made by some client of yours. You know where TER is now so you can just ask if your customer uses TER and, if so, if he writes reviews. Don't offer incentives for writing a good review that can get a banned but as long as you're not trying to influence what they say -- other than by your personality and performance -- you can encourage them with some type of incentive.

Also a good place to ask a question but is not as active as the General board so might be a day two for the answer these days.
