I suspect few care about any definition on that word. What will matter is are they still representative of the provider.

I don't know, but a question in a similar vein is...

... if an ad says "This is my final week here, then I'm gone!" and the ad appears for, oh, 15 consecutive weeks... is that just simple dishonesty, or very spooky?

or until they substantially change their appearance with a new do, or have had a significant change in weight
