I suspect few care about any definition on that word. What will matter is are they still representative of the provider.

"Lawyers" or "Liars" or are the two words interchangeable?

Lawyers as the OP seemed to want to get some technical definition of the word almost in a legalese form -- like the 10 year old pic that were just posted 5 minutes ago are technically "new".
