In other posts I've brought up a issue I started developing on and off this year with delayed ejaculation.  Although I'm enjoying the ride and trying not to focus too much on orgasm... I was wondering of any of you guys recommend any supplements.

If so, then the issue is probably a mix of condoms and your masturbatory technique. Try out different condoms (including FCs - awesome!) and be sure to vary your masturbatory technique (switch hands, soften up, etc.) so that you don't get too used to one feel. Don't jerk off to soon before an appointment - you should be hornier and more sensitive. Try out different positions with the ladies to determine which work best for you - she'll feel tighter if her legs are together in any particular position (ex. lazy dog, legs on shoulders in mish). If she does a killer HJ/BJ, then just finish that way, or jerk it while she sucks the head.

After some troubles with being only able to climax with a BBBJ (which is great) I found the a FC did the job with the ol' in and out. Maca root did nothing. A vibrator applied to the frenulum by my ATF worked too. Lot's of fun experimenting.

Dehydration is a serious problem among most people, and that can be a cause of sexual dysfunction.  Make it a point to drink at least two quarts of water (not soda!) a day and see if that helps.

Here's a list of other things that I do to keep in shape:

Potassium (bananas and avocadoes)
Vitamin D supplements
ginseng
goji berries

Try them out and see.  They will be a lot less expensive than a doctor.

Definitely don't drink nearly enough water either.

I can cum easily when on my own, but with someone, it's very difficult, whether it be sex or BJ. I think it's the difference in stimulation, plus the mental hurdle.  

That and breathing, I make sure everyone hydrates and doesn't forget to breath. We tend to tense up and stop breathing which causes a lot of difficulty throughout our lives.
