I'm happy to say I share a special bond with some incredible individuals here & in real life. Thank you to all the people who truly care about providers on a personal level, not just behind closed doors. Not everyone will understand this post & that's okay. I feel blessed to have bonded with likeminded individuals who love & appreciate the value of working women. 🤗

I saw an escort for the first time 24 years ago this month.  I’ve had the good fortune to form great relationships with 3 ladies over the years.  One ghosted me after 10 years, a second found religion and retired, the third, just last week informed me that she has met someone and retired.  This last one was hard.  We were friends.  We never crossed the line and we would get together for extended dates 3 or 4 times a year for the past 5 years.  I cared about her, but knew the extent of our relationship.  I knew it would end someday, somehow, but when it happened it was hard to deal with.  I’m not sure I will be able to develop this kind of relationship again and maybe it’s time for me to think about whether I want to continue in this lifestyle.

as one of my favorite providers may be making a big change that will take her away. She's the consummate pro who can nurture that bond without crossing the line into a RL relationship.  

 
Looking back, I've been fairly lucky to have bonds with three other SWs over the last 15 years. One did end badly, as we did cross that RL line, but the two others remain good memories and we occasionally keep in touch even though both retired a decade ago.

 
These close bonds do have a drawback for me. I tend to repeat often. 30, 40, more than 100 sessions. I  see few new providers during those period and when I do, my expectations are often too high as these special bonds set the bar so high. Not sure I'm willing or able to put the time and effort into finding a new special bond.
