One thing I find confusing are complicated menus on provider sites.  Sometimes they offer $160 for 60 minutes, however  DATY/DATO + 50, Greek +50, FIV +50, DFK +50.  

It's up to her what she wants to charge. For any Special Requests a Provider should charge a bit Extra on top of her Rate. Of course depending on what that Request is. It's only Fair.

Rates do become negotiable after you've seen a Provider for a while. Well that's been my experience. With the Provider I'm seeing I pay half of her hourly rates and still get FS. I know I'm on her Regular Client List.

Also, some gals have a FBSM/spa menu that is less than the GFE menu, and that makes some sense also.

Then there are menus for BDSM and fetish/roleplay that can get complicated and need a lot of preparation also, so I can see upcharges for that.

But when there are upcharges for DFK, DATY and FIV, I think things are getting a bit overboard.

As people have pointed out, if things are more complicated than you want, you can always move on.

With the exception of an upcharge for greek, which is pretty common for ladies who offer this service, very few legitimate and what we will call "highly reviewed" providers will upcharge for things like DFK or FIV.

I am by know means a fan of any of the "top" lists here on TER, but to prove a point I defy you to find a single lady on ANY or the top lists here that does this. The easiest way to discourage this practice is to simply avoid women who "upcharge" which is my preferred term for women with what you call an "ala carte" menu.

Nothing spoils a GFE faster than stopping every five minutes to "renegotiate" her services.

I will leave aside the marketing strategy aspects of this discussion (fwiw - I hate upcharges - and will immediately cancel any appointment with a provider who starts quoting upcharges for specific acts).

I see almost every provider's site listing donations, and having different donation amounts for the length of time, and also different rates for GFE and PSE. Isn't that more than enough? Isn't just listing a dollar amount enough? I don't think juries or DA's would be that naive.

Some places the easiest way to get out of a speeding ticket is to file the appeal for a jury trial first. It has cost and risk but will more often than not result in dropped charges. Just understand the difference in simple speeding and a long list of charges.

The underlying question is where are you marketing yourself. If you are marketing yourself, in a place where those rates of compensation are the norm then you are going to get answers and questions about why isn't such and such included in the price. If you market yourself in places, where you know the clientele is more upscale and is used to paying more than what you quoted then that shouldn't be an issue.  The question should be how should I market myself so that it won't be an issue. Henceforth you will avoid and usually avert the undesirable element that you are trying to avoid.

It varies around the country. I'm in Ohio and am most familiar with the situation here. But some things are generally true everywhere.

Rates for FS do play a factor in what a guy expects from an appointment. A lower rate, for some reason, the guys expect to screw a girl bare the entire appointment.
