In my experience some women are wired differently and prefer Greek because they tend to have better orgasms that way. There are certainly additional considerations (hygiene) and risks. I'm just curious how much demand there is for anal.  I can't get enough of it and I seek it out when looking for providers (as in, if it's not clearly on the menu I'll pass).  I'll be searching ads and reading reviews, and even for those providers where anal was listed as an option I'll read review after review with no mention of it.  I was with one gal and when I asked about anal she said that she hadn't done it in a long time but she was game to try.  And yes, it's listed as an option in her ads.

I've been pleasantly surprised at how many providers really love it. I met a lady a few moths ago that preferred it to vaginal. As best iI can tell it seems to break down into two camps:  
#1) She likes the idea of a forbidden taboo/nasty act more than the feel of the act itself.  
#2) She loves the act for the sensation, feel. A possible #3 she likes both the taboo of it and the feel.

1) This is just an intuitive guess but I seriously doubt a girl's build has anything to do with whether or not she offers it. In my experience, I've done Greek with lots of slim girls.  My most memorable slim one basically demanded it.
2)  Same with "which body type is easier" for me.
3) The amount of foreplay has little to do with making her "physically able to receive." Most girls need to do prep to be ready -- including an enema and insertion of a butt plug -- and nothing you do makes a big difference. This is why greek costs more: it requires more of her time to prepare.

It sounds like you've never had anal sex in a Np4p scenario because #3, aside from the enema part almost everything is wrong. Foreplay has a lot to do with making someone physically able to receive. Every single guide I've ever read on the subject stresses this fact. The insertion of a butt plug before anal is foreplay. Everyone I know who takes it in the ass stresses the need for their butthole to be played with; either by fingers toys or tongues before penetration. Most providers probably do solo foreplay before clients get there because they probably expect clients to not know what to do.

You've made several false assumptions here. Listed in order:
1) You conclude incorrectly that I've never had anal sex in a NonP4P situation. Is it too much to expect you'd take me at my word that you are incorrect? In a NonP4P situation there is probably always foreplay.
2) You incorrectly assume the "insertion of a butt plug is foreplay." Perhaps I should have been clearer but that couldn't possibly be true if she put the butt plug in herself before I arrived. This has happened.
3) Last, simply because everyone you know has stressed the need to have the butthole played with does NOT mean that applies to everyone in this little world. Your experience is not universal.
That said, I will stipulate neither is mine.
I will also stipulate you are right when you say foreplay is important. It was not my intention to simply rule it out.

In my experience, bigger ladies are much more into BDSM in general.  I remember reading somewhere that the reason they are bigger in the first place may be because they are less likely to limit satisfying their pleasurable behaviors, like eating.
