Cigars smell like burning manure and the smell penetrates everything. Even an hour after the dude smoking one has left, the room still smells like as if somebody set fire to the septic tank.  Utterly gross

Scotch on the other hand can be a great enjoyment so long that he/she consumes it the way it was meant to be consumed NEAT. Without coke, water, Ice (Rocks), soda, etc.

I was just thinking about this subject over the weekend as a girlfriend and I were having this conversation.  So, right out of the horse's mouth, here are a few things that women like/dislike about men (IMO):

1.  Confidence.  Whether you're a garbage man or a CEO, men are more attractive to women if they stand tall, make eye contact, have a firm handshake, etc.  However much money you have (or don't have) women are very attracted to and can sense your confidence (or lack there of).

2.  Dress to impress.  One item of clothing that I think looks attractive on every man is a blazer.  It dresses up jeans and looks very sharp with slacks.  So next time you take a lady out for just a casual lunch, put a blazer ontop of your button up shirt and she'll probably think you look great.  Also, wearing clean, pressed clothes in general is attractive and we notice!  

3.  Underwear.  Women are grossed out by dirty, holey underwear.  You dont even have to wear silk boxers for us.  Frankly we dont care what underwear you have on, just toss the 10 year old, yellow stained, tighty whities already and buy some fresh white ones.

4.  Smell good.  Women like men who smell good.  Wear nice cologne.  We like it.  And we will sniff your shirts when youre gone because you smell so good!   We understand if you're outside working on the lawn but if youre in an intimate situation with a provider, for example, you should smell like a million bucks.

5.  Cut your hair.  Every guy looks better with a fresh haircut.  Very few guys can pull off shaggy hair, ponytails, and mullets.  Same thing with the shaving.  The overgrown beard look is very hard to pull off unless your a chizzled GQ model type.

6.  Be active.  Unless you're very rich or extremely hilarious, we dont like fat men.  Do something, ANYTHING, to be active.  Wash your own car, walk, jog, whatever.  Inactivity and obesity is such a major turn off-- you probably have the same opinion of inactive women.  You dont have to have washboard abs (women arent even that picky believe it or not), but chillin on the couch all weekend is not sexy at all.

7.  Playing video games.  Grown men who pay video games/war of worldcraft repel women.  Nuff said.

1. Confidence is no problem on this end. Might actually be a curse.
2. Blazers look cool, I'll give you that. Met mrfisher, romeogolf, and other gents that wore them and I was impressed even before I met them. However, I expected nothing less from these guys cuz I respect them and knew ladies dig 'em.

Many women are drawn to me for obvious reasons.  And, even if none of you believe it, I do wish to give back to my fellow hobbyists but, since I never review, these pointers will have to do.  Don't bother to thank me.  I know you are grateful, as  well you should be.
1.  I am always confident when I stride into her incall.  I start a session demonstrating my confidence by shoving her to the floor and jamming my massive member into her mouth, thus avoiding her inane chatter.  Women are always grateful and appreciative.
2.  I am always impressive in my garb, especially my Starfleet tunic and anatomically correct Spock ears.  All the girls tell me they really like my "look."

5.  Remaining shorn is no problem.  I have a skin condition that leaves me scaley all over.  I must bathe in nair and it shows off the many folds in my skin.
6.  I am quite active.  I put in many miles walking back and forth from my TV/video game console to the refrigerator for more Twinkies.  Sometimes I work up quite a sweat.  All the girls say the love my bod.
7.  Only gaylords play shit like World of Warcraft (you could at least spell it right!). I only play manly games like those based on Star Treck.

1) Confidence...no brainer.  2) Wearing a blazer...I used to do that, but haven't recently, and it hasn't hurt me none in a casual world.  Still... 3) Underwear 10 yrs. old?  Most disintegrate after two yrs.  Always buy new when on sale.  4) Cologne is toilet water...the body wash, deodorant, and body spray combo that I use works just fine. 5) Fresh hair cut...I'll buy that.  The last two ladies I met within the past week mentioned that my recent cut was something they noticed favorably.  6)  I may be only only 5'4", so I have one of the three deadly sins that many women don't like.  Yes, I may be short, but fatness nor baldness are not part of the package.  Two out of three ain't bad...  7) Video games...how would you know unless we say?

I do not have any tattoos and I don't plan on getting any.  However, on the TV program "Gigolos", one of the male providers has a very large tattoo, visible both when he is clothed and nude.  I personally find it ugly.  On the other hand, he is handsomely rewarded for "companionship" and I usually have to pay through the nose for "companionship".

Now, the classification of "women" is a darned wide one, and frankly I bet their sample pool of "women" was chosen in a pretty materialistic place.

Nevertheless, I think that, among women who are hyper-materialistic, it may even be possible to make them orgasm without even touching them just by throwing enough trinkets and baubles at them. So I think that YOU are right when we look at women as a whole.

I think the HonestProvider may be making the invalid assumption that because she is a certain way, a huge preponderance of other women are like her. In some places and in some professions that may be so. But overall, I don't think it applies well. I just know too many women who would rather have a phone call than a diamond.

You mentioned earlier that this post was also about what women find attractive in men so I am going to suggest that in a deeper sense what is ultimately more important is how a man's appearance and behavior make a woman feel.  If you look into your examples they all relate to what essentially would add or distract from a women feeling attraction towards a man.  That's why a fat man who has other qualities (extremely hilarious) can create feelings of attractiveness in women.  

I would also add that women also want to feel safe, and again, most of your examples lead to this.
