I think it's more important what you choose to reveal about whether you're seeing providers NOW.  If you're not, I wouldn't bring up that you saw providers in the past unless you feel it's important to let your girlfriend know you've had sex with other women, and then you could just say that without mentioning the p4p aspect.  

But there is not really much to be gained by lying, and it will certainly come to light someday, somehow and lying could fuck it all up. Another reason, of many, to not be accountable to anyone but myself.
