You become a critical evaluator, an appreciator. A speculator. Not a tongue tied drooling fool.

Women feel the difference in the way you look at them, relate to them. The confidence. Even a bit of arrogance.

Some women respond to this like an aphrodesiac. Some are repulsed.

But you get laid in civvyworld a hell of a lot more often lol.  And the civvy dates are impressed with you, what you have learned about sex and female responsiveness.

I find myself looking at women and wondering how much they would charge as if they are all for sale! And many are, too!

Hobbying "takes the pussy off the pedestal" for the average guy with confidence issues around women.

One of the most common pieces of advice given to people trying to "become" something they are not is to "fake it till you make it".  Dealing with professional women is one way of doing this.

You know you have a good point..women are always for sale and men are always buying...a good business model and fit if you ask me...supply and demand.

A huge understanding of certain types of men. I can now spot those I want nothing to do with within a few minutes of an email or conversation...and recognize those that I am going to click with...real life I am talking about. And I learned all this from the boards, and from meeting men in this arena.

It has taught me how men generally think about women and the dynamic between the two...some good and some bad unfortunately. However, it has not jaded me at all with the opposite sex...in some cases it has proven my point over and over again.

Seriously guys, women are much, much harder to "get" than you. Don't know how you do it sometimes...

Whenever I am getting ready to make a large purchase, I find myself quickly converting the purchase price to it's equivalent in "hobby" dollars. So yes, I can get the big screen TV, but it's gonna cost me two sessions with my ATF.

Aside of the increased knowledge of hotels, airports, roads in outlying areas in and around NYC that I would otherwise I would have no business knowing about, the most outstanding side effect is personal.  For the past several years, I've been in control of my sexual destiny.  It's been liberating, and one hell of a ride.  Best thing...the ride continues!

Hey John, I admit a rather generous over simplification of such. I guess since I am on this board partaking, and realizing what this board is all about and the general view of relationships, made that leap.

Maybe I have heard way too many times it's cheaper to by on the fly than to make the full purchase (marriage) which is, given to popular opinion, more costly.

I did leave out the emotional factor, however even in my simplification of that dynamic, I worked on the premise of the old fashioned thought that men are after the hot, good looking woman to bear his offspring, while the woman is seeking a man most able to provide for such.

(chuckling to self)...been on here way too long...and do agree to some extent that the women on here are selling an experience rather than just body parts. And to compliment that, men are not buying body parts but an experience as well.

I have a very close friend who works under what I would consider an inordinate amount of stress and under conditions which I would not, and her reasoning is it all part of getting somewhere in her line of business. I am blessed to do this on my terms and my other job on my terms also.

Her boss is an absolute prick and she has to take way more than I could or ever would just to keep her job. And does not get nearly enough compensation to do so.

I thought that I was the only one who did that.  That's why I settle for watching TV on a 20 year old Sony instead of a big flat screen that would cost the same as 4 sessions with my ATF.

It changes the way I look at how much other things and services cost. When I am looking to buy something or out to dinner I always seem to compare everything I buy to how much a typical GFE would cost.
