A huge understanding of certain types of men. I can now spot those I want nothing to do with within a few minutes of an email or conversation...and recognize those that I am going to click with...real life I am talking about. And I learned all this from the boards, and from meeting men in this arena.

It has taught me how men generally think about women and the dynamic between the two...some good and some bad unfortunately. However, it has not jaded me at all with the opposite sex...in some cases it has proven my point over and over again.

I now have a "hobby" exchange rate....

Whenever I am getting ready to make a large purchase, I find myself quickly converting the purchase price to it's equivalent in "hobby" dollars. So yes, I can get the big screen TV, but it's gonna cost me two sessions with my ATF.
