And now, an opportunity to reference my oft repeated Suggestion to change from listing "Ethnicity" as a substitute for complexion to using UNAMBIGUOUS complexion charts (such as the Mattel chart) and a separate data field for some sort of "Cultural Origin" or "Cultural Appearance."

Ethnicity "African American" can have a complexion anywhere from Espresso to Coconut. (And many NON-Americans with a dark complexion are often lumped in as AA even though might be African French or plain old pure African from Africa. Likewise "Brazilian." And so on.

Someone listed as "Latina" might not even be able to speak Spanish because she grew up in Switzerland and went to private school in England. Her heritage might be Latin or Hispanic but culturally, she is "British" BCD.
