I am always first aid, cpr & AED certified, so I would do what’s necessary. I hope if it was vice versa the other party would do the same, or call 911. Jokes apart, call 911 and stay until help arrives. Cover story is that she's your friend and you were meeting her. You won't get in trouble this way even if they speculate that this was a P4P meeting. Running away can lead you in legal trouble.

If a client got ill during a meeting with me I would help him, including taking him to hospital if required. God forbid he had a cardiac arrest, I would ring 999 and perform CPR until an ambulance arrived. No running away here!

That's the difference between the U.S. and other countries where this is legal. Although brothels there are not legal, prostitution is, so I imagine the attitude is much different than found here. Doubtful that poor guy would be given the same consideration here, and his family would be told exactly where he was and what he was doing.

Better  to get charged with paying  for sex than a charge of failure to render aid. Leave the scene and you open yourself to suspicions and a prosecutor who will lie  and exaggerate the incident  to get a conviction.  
Most hotel have cameras, there's phone communicating between you and victim. Cell phone location  these days can be narrowed down to very room you were in, so it's not easy  to just walk away,if someone dies during  a rendezvous.  
Worried the wife may find  out ?  Still better than a long sentence.

That's correct, CPR isn't going to restart a heart (the heart is usually out of sync internally, a quivering mass, during a heart attack.)  What you do with chest compression is help keep some blood flowing to the brain.

Defibrillators (shocks) don't actually start the heart, instead it causes all the heart muscle cells to contract and once overcoming their now random firing.  This gets them all in the same refractory state and hopefully will sync up after they pass through that refractory time to the next heartbeat.

A real stopped heart won't start with a shock but requires a more invasive intervention, if it is not already too late (tissue death from lack of oxygen.)

I do know all the medical procedures I could do for him were his heart to stop..But if that should be to no avail the best thing I could do for his family his dress him in his regular clothing ( did I mention he likes to wear women's lingerie?)  

Well, many of you may not agree with what I would do, but that's fine. I do know in nyc cops are not that eager to let you go and they notify the family who was there. If an autopsy is preformed the whip markings will show up after the body has be dead over 24 hrs.. here in nyc you aren't getting an autopsy done that fast unless it was a high profile crime or death.

His heart wasn't beating at all.  He was in full cardiac arrest.  He received CPR for nine minutes to keep the blood flowing throughout his body and a defibrillator provided the shock to restart his heart.  There was no "massive intervention" on the football field.  In fact he went into cardiac arrest again and was resuscitated again without a "massive intervention."

...contact your local red cross office and ask for nearby classes.  Often times, you can find them for free.  Basic CPR/AED can be covered in 4 hours training.  I teach it twice/year for a few local companies and I'm in/out of there in less than an hour.  I skip thru a lot of it but doing more in dept training reduces the amount of awareness-level students dramatically.  My training provides no certification but it is effective to teach how to give a victim a fighting chance until EMS arrives.

Which is why I tend to shy away from more hardcore aspects of the work. But I would definitely call 911 ASAP. Also CPR/First Aid certified but that won't always help so it's important to call pros. Fibrillation is not "heartbeat."  It is chaotic firing of the heart muscle cardiomyocyte cells. Once sync is lost from the sinoatrial node, sections of the heart start contracting on their own at their own rate (once every two seconds or so.)  Since the contractions across the heart are not coordinated, pumping action essentially stops.

The purpose of the defibrillation shock is to cause all the cells to contract at the same time.  They then begin to repolarize and will fire in sync with a normal pulse from the sinoatrial node.

However when the heart has stopped quivering, aka flatline, a shock is no longer going to cause them to fire and repolarize, because they've deteriorated to a point they are no longer firing at all (hence the flatline.)

Defibrillation resyncs the heart, it doesn't "start" it if flatlined.

Some years ago a top NYC provider (since retired) was with a client in a hotel and he had a seizure of some sort. She stayed with him, called 911 and waited until the EMTs arrived. He ended up being fine and she introduced him to me at a M&G as "Stroke Guy," which he thought was hilarious.
PS: No cop or EMT ever asked her what she was doing there.

Therefore, I would just Gather my things, Leave the door wide open and on my way out......Call 9-1-1 as an unidentified caller.

You may want to rethink that.  You're likely walking past a video camera that has footage of you walking in, then out while calling 911 and until autopsy has proven the cause, you will a subject of interest in a suspicious death or even criminal case.  Depending on differing statutes, you also may be opening yourself up to a charge of abandonment even though you may not be a trained 1st responder.

Even if your client voluntarily let you beat the shit out of him prior to collapsing and you bail out before EMS arrives, you are going to probably run into some huge issues.  Best thing to do is hang tight and truthfully answer their questions.  Better to be a known provider than a possible suspect in a wrongful death or criminal complaint.  Trying to tag you with a violation of a legal statue will be a low priority of any cop called to that scene.  As said elsewhere, you will provide the missing info that will allow them to process the scene and you will also be the unnecessary paperwork they will choose to not do.

Its obvious in this business you would think you would call for help but in  the moment some do panic and get scared because if they slip up and say something they are not supposed to it could put them in a bad spot. Obviously he will be naked because you can't dress a body very easily. I was in a position once where I had to talk to police about an incident that happened, not a death but still police were involved. Because I had other clients in the room that day I had to lie to protect them because I did not want the police searching a finding other people Dna around. I still carry the conviction today of lying to police. My take is protect your clients at all costs even if that means getting convicted. So yes have a story about what happened but don't throw your client or other clients under the bus either. Don't ever mention paid play either because then you are on record as an escort. I'll take lying to a police officer over escort charges any day. Again protect your clients regardless.

My wife is a nurse since I mostly play with her. In fact when you swing you run into tons of first responders because they love this shit. No one cares why you are hurt. These people want to help you. She would start cpr and I would be 911 and coordinating and listening to her. It’s no big deal people are fucking shit happens. If it’s me then I’m good with going in that two chicks fucked me to death
