It hit me tonight that I've never had a provider call me by name. This includes providers I've seen twice, three times, or much more.

Many use the terms babe, Hun, sweetie and things like that. I don't mind that, but I actually find it a nice touch when certain ladies remember my name and call me by name.  

I have a couple of regulars who I think are smart GFE providers. They say my name in a very intimate way, gently into my ear while we are in mish. One of the personal touches that add to the fantasy and keeps me coming back to them.

Because I assume that you're giving me an alias. I hate calling out Richard when your name is actually Daniel. A lot of guys say...well, is Savy your real name? No, it's not...but it is a name I identify with. If you want to call me by my real name that's fine...but I promise you, calling me "Bertha" will not invoke the same sex kitten personality you're hoping to spend time with lol  

Some of the K-girls call me Ahjussi (papi). I think I'd rather be Pyeha. Some of my K-girls are Gumiho

Providers call me by name all the time, but I have a very common, everyday name. If you have an unusual name like Ebenezer or Boniface they might not feel comfortable saying it, especially in the bedroom.

There is no need to say a name when there is nobody else in the room.

But my favorite is Darlin!

Last year saw the provider you reviewed most recently. That's about the level of provider I strive for.

Savannah just wondering when you release your genuine appellation do you fear that there is some vulnerability that is being released when you tell someone from this demimonde what your real name is?  Also do you fear some retribution if something might happen out of the ordinary as well?  What are the sorts of things that you think about with respect to the ramifications of releasing your genuine appellation in a play for play environments where pseudonyms are commonplace and used most often?  I am thinking that you tend to be apprehensive because there is another existence and identity in mainstream society and therefore you tend to be extremely careful about releasing your appellation.  Also you only tell people in the demimonde whom you trust with that information because it can be extremely damaging as well. Also  as you said before Savannah has more of an aura for your play for pay persona than Bertha would have.

if I text or email they seem to know who it is, but they don't use my name. Weird.

or by handle. I'm fine with either; they're interchangeable for me. Hell, I've made dinner reservations under my handle.

You must have some weird clients.  I always use my real name for dates, and there are even a few people on TER who know my real name.

I think anyone who works hard to separate their personal life from hobbying can suffer from a bit on an indentity crisis. Without proper balance..it's really difficult to feel like you can shut this off. I have quite a few people that call me by my real name.who text me on my personal line.. Who I entertain in my real home with family pictures on my walls. I've stopped opening up my personal life to people after spending more time reading reviews and checking out forums... To think that some people could experience the pleasure that another persons body can offer..to be so desensitized that you could kiss someone ever so gently..smile in their face..rock back and forth into them as you relax in their embrace...to only violent rip them apart and publicly humiliate them. The tips and tricks you share on convincing women to barback. The Provate messages of UTR providers that you swap..I give some of you my body...hoping you find joy in it and even then it may go unappreciated at times. I'll be damned if I let the assholes in this industry shit on my personal life too. That companionship? I save that for the people who don't take it for granted. Hope that explains why I'm so hung up on boundaries.
