It's come to my attention that "ladies" don't want to be called

hookers.

I'm really perplexed as to why...the "ladies" I've known intimately over the years aren't anything like the "ladies of the night" (aka hookers).

Nope...those ladies expected stuff like a direct answer to "Does this dress make me look fat"?  And if that lady is living with you...well you guys know the correct answer.

While seeing a lady (aka hooker) doesn't ever ask that...but we do discuss via PM.  Most often the reply to that question is "Nope...it's not the dress....she's just a fatty".

while technically, they may be "hookers"...that term has a negative connotation and you know this. Some ladies might not mind it but I can see why sophisticated girls who charge a premium don't appreciate being referred to as hookers.

To me, a hooker or whore is a streetwalker who charges $60 for a blowjob in the front seat of your car. For those ladies that provide a quality service at a premium price, if they would rather be called escorts or providers, I think they deserve that respect.

But even if all these names technically mean the same, I think there is a attitude and quality behind each one..

Ask your favorite hooker(s) where she started...where she advertised..who she saw.  

Can't say that many started off at $ 1k/hr...not till they realized that a nice website...a few well placed fake reviews...a 5 star hotel could generate the $ 1k/hr rates. You should not ASSume I am married. You are trying to compare apples and oranges and failing miserably. Women choose to be escorts, you don't choose the color of your skin. It is simple. If it is meant to be funny, then I'm pretty sure most of us will laugh. For example, my friends and I will text and make hooker jokes all the time. About ourselves! What changes it is when someone like CPA continually does it in a derogatory way.

Same way that I, as a white woman (who has no racial preferences, btw), can't say "no I don't see dirty pakis!", but I can call one of my clients a dirty paki, and the meaning is totally different. The first one is rude and ignorant, while the second is between friends and is a silly way of calling him kinky. Some on here go with the former when they throw around the word "hooker", and that is when we get upset.
