I show up on time! Limit my exchanges to setting up the appointment. Show up clean shaven, well showered, teeth brushed, and shower again on my arrival. Place the correct amount in the envelop and place it on the nearest flat surface when entering the door. Only ask for what's on the lady's menu, and leave at the appointed time. Usually a tip is given on the way out the door. I get even a higher score if I book a return visit!
