Does anybody have a special name they prefer to use to describe a guy's "you know"? Willie, member, unit, 3rd leg, dick, cock, penis, etc. Is there a generally accepted or preferred term? I went to write it down the other day and for some reason didn't know what term to use to call my own without sounding too crude, or worse, too sensitive.

You might be right about the geographical factor, though.  Maybe it's just us guys out West.  Do whatever works for you, but don't assume that you know how the guys feel.  May be better to simply ask them.

But I have no plans to start asking clients, "Would you prefer for me to use Cock, Dick, Penis, etc..."  Now that would be insulting and take the pleasure out of it...Geez...lets just all lighten up and have fun!
