During Desert Storm, we had the troops turn out periodically for "short arm" inspection - didn't want to unleash any "WMD" on the locals!

Does anybody have a special name they prefer to use to describe a guy's "you know"? Willie, member, unit, 3rd leg, dick, cock, penis, etc. Is there a generally accepted or preferred term? I went to write it down the other day and for some reason didn't know what term to use to call my own without sounding too crude, or worse, too sensitive.

It also depends on how you use it...

I have yet to have a man tell me that he is insulted by my saying "I love the way your DICK feels in my hand".  Are you telling me you would be insulted?  I think the word "dick" is very sexy  The word "cock" is too. I have no plans to stop using either term...

You might be right about the geographical factor, though.  Maybe it's just us guys out West.  Do whatever works for you, but don't assume that you know how the guys feel.  May be better to simply ask them.
