I just wonder why the most of providers shave?
I just feel curious.I don't mean full bush but there must be some hobbysts like natural just like me.

however, surveys have shown that we are in the minority.

I have heard many providers say it is easier to stay clean and hygenic when they shave.  It also seems that most women in this business prefer it, as most of the men here do.

Wish it wasn't the case, though.

In the porn world, it's a little girl thing.  Same reason they put girls in pigtales and school girl outfits.  I'm sure some women do it for other reasons I'm unaware of in the personal grooming department, but, truth be told, I think many women do it becasue they correctly think most men like it.

Personally, I love all varieties, but give me a mature woman just the way mother nature made her, thank you.

I'm not sure I agree with you about the porn world...I think shaved pubes are more for "display" purposes than fetish purposes.  

However, what I am confused about is that a few threads down, you encouraged guys to shave most of their pubes (and leave the top well trimmed), yet here you are encouraging women not to.  Why not sauce for the gander?

In the porn world women (and men) shave because the porn-watching public want to see "everything."  By shorning the pubic locks, they allow better better camera shots of the action.  It has nohting to do with fetishes.

Of the women I have dated, only one or two have shaved.  It is becoming more common for women, and I would guess a majority of younger ones do (only a guess), but in the age group I date (35/up), most don't.

long befor i became a provider i have shaved for one reason..i like the way it feels with my partner when we have sex. but i never shaved ALL of it off i leave a patch on top.

It appears to be a result of the generation gap.  Go back 20+ years, and you rarely if at all saw a shaved woman.  Playboy, Penthouse, porn movies; women had full muffs.  It's been within the last 8-10 years that the muff has generally disappeared.  I personally don't like the shaved look.  The muff is part of what makes a woman a woman.  Seeing a shaved pussy the vast majority of the time gives me the sense of looking at a prepubescent girl instead of a woman, which in turn gives me the creeps.  I do wonder if some guys like the shaved look for that very reason; some latent pedophilic fetish.

I asked one lady I saw who happened to be shaved why she did it, and she said for cleaniness concerns.  Even with that, I wonder why women didn't do it years ago for that very same reason.  I can't help but think that somewhere a few years ago, some guy wanted to see his women shave her pubes.  He told his friends & she told her friends about it, and it just spread everywhere.  We guys who prefer the natural look perhaps should do the same thing to reverse the trend back to the way it used to be.

First, I think you're right about the display purposes of shaving in porn maybe moreso than the fetish angle I came up with.....actually it's probably both reasons at different times.

Secondly, about the shaving........I encourage men to do so because I know women love it and it leads to much wilder BJ's.  As for women, I'm not a fan of complete shaving.  It reminds me of a little girl, and I don't like that, but, don't get me wrong.  Love the shaved sides.  My tongue wants nothing but skin, baby.

I shave for myself, as well. Also, for those men who love DATY. I only wish more men would shave or trim, for those very reasons that I love to perform below. There is nothing more than a turn off: flossing your teeth with someone's pubic hair..nastyyyyyyy lol I have refused to go lower, if his pubes are not shaved/trimmed.
