Since you provided your parents support for the home and likely still are, you should move out if you can afford it as you wrote. You can visit your parents often and sleep over if you desire. You moving out will give you and them needed private time.

John. Technically his parents are living with him. He wrote that he purchased the house for his parents. I advise him to move out into a place for himself, then his parents can visit him when he wants them over and he can visit them. But when he is getting made happy, he has his privacy.
