that having a vagina is like taking care of a swimming pool year around. My mother taught me what she knew, but she did have me very young. Wipe front to back, no bubble baths (bath and body works no,no) cotton panties, get out of wet work out clothes, dry completely off after showering (belly button and between toes), only sit in your OWN tub (or clean it first), no baking soda or talcum powders down there.
Things I learned later in life:
Make sure an uncircumcised penis is thoroughly clean
Drink plenty of water all day to flush, flush toxins from the body
Tuna and Salmon will slightly change my smell of my vagina
Asparagus will change the smell of my urine
Probiotics to keep UTI away (the beginning of other infections for me)
About 1-2 cokes a month
About 10 mixed drinks a year
Prefers gloves or condoms over clients fingers (hang nails are not good!)
Vagina friendly: coconut oil is antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal....
Hydrogen Peroxide 3% will cure BV
Proviodine will cure yeast
ACV will not interrupt PH for clean up after periods and sex (the smell of vinegar dissipates)
Epsom salt baths with tea tree oil
