If you give a provider as a reference to another provider, they will almost always respond to a verification request, whether they know the other provider or not.  Its all based on the customer identifying the reference provider first.  I never heard of a provider contacting other providers randomly to share info for an appointment request.  The exception on random contacts are the cases where there is a problem with the customer and they want to warn other local ladies to watch out for the guy.  These most often happen if they guy is a stiff, short, flake, diseased, stalker or abusive.

Mostly, they simply say, "Yes, I saw him and he's OK."  That doesn't mean some don't share more, but I don't think it's the norm.  But if you're concerned, just don't give out sensitive information to anyone.  You'll still get laid.

Another scenario is that the provider who was asked, doesn't answer or gives false information to cock block.
Seen a lot of that going on lately.  

I have heard that a few providers are cock blocking very good clients.  Similar to what Mick is saying.  Not giving a reference or even saying something negative yet still trying to schedule with said client.

How did Provider 1 know to contact provider 2 about this particular guy, or did she just make a lucky guess that he had seen her too?  I still don't think girls just contact other girls randomly unless the customer has given her the second girl's name.  Maybe you were not in the loop during that part.  Is it possible that you were not privy to the entire dialogue between the two providers?  There may have been emails that you didn't get to see that tell a more complete story about what was going on.  Its dangerous to make assumptions if there is a chance you might be missing some of the information.

what did you give her that needs authenticating, a driver's license, check stub, or passport?
