2 issues come to mind, that is assuming you are not referring to underage girls which if you are you deserve to be locked away.
1.Virginity does not preclude a person from having a disease that can be sexually transmitted.
2. I am amazed at the number of providers that get worked up and like to grind their naked vaginas on bare cocks; easily a practice that can transmit herpes and HPV. After enough comfort, i.e. sessions, grinding can turn into "just the tip".
