Make a good work out play list....
DO NOT DO THE SAME THING AT EVERY WORKOUT
Find something that seems like fun instead of working out.
I take dance classes and do mud runs and obstacle course races..

start slow but be consistent..
even if it is just for 15 min for the 1st week..

Make it a priority and do it at the same time every day.

You will start to see results in 2 to 3 weeks.. They will be small but it is a good start..

I tend to eat more when I am working out.. bad idea...
pay attention to what you eat.. You may actually gain a pound or two in the first few weeks..
that is muscle.........

Just like other activities I can think of.

Let me know when you are ready for some cardio work !

at the beginning of your new exercise program. Never do weight training on two consecutive days; muscles need recovery time. For cardio, do a shorter time when you do weights and a longer day the other days.

Good luck.

Def know to work into it.

Used to do cardio/weight training 2 1/2 hours per day 6 days / week. Personal trainer, physical therapist, and sports nutrition counseling surrounding me. :D Definitely know it can get addicting.

But yes, I will start slowly as it's been a while, but now that I'm consistently back on my feet and doing well, excited to get back in the game. :D

xoxo
