Some women have implants that look like hemispheres or cones. They just look fake from a mile away. I like real or implants as long as the implants don't look really fake.

I had a date with a provider that had bilateral radical mastectomy due to cancer.  Her reconstructed breasts were smaller and harder than "real" ones.  It was one of my hottest dates ever.

What I don't like are rock hard implants or implants that look as if they were done by a hack surgeon with big ugly scars everywhere.  Some implants are done so well that it's nearly impossible to tell.  One lady told me that her implants were done through a small incision near her belly button.  She had amazing breasts and no visible scars anywhere.

If they look HORRIBLE, I would say get them done. It's better to have nice bolt ons vs. real ones that are hideous. I would never suggest getting a boob job just to increase size though, unless she is flat as a baord, and feels bad about herself. Even then, self confidence should come from within, or those women will forever be fixing things until they die. Seems like a miserable way to live.
