breasts. Does it really make a difference to you? One of my guy's criteria was no breast implants. That cut out a pretty big chunk of girls to look at. Can a man tell the difference up close and personal? I had the opposite problem.. too big. Had to get those bad boys slimmed down. Tip: don't join the track team with big breasts. lol

breasts are rock-hard which is not my preference for enjoyment. I do not repeat with these ladies despite how hot the date becomes.
I met a girl who had em.
I was no big deal at all.
They are in a spot you don't see unless you look.(the scars) Quite subtle.

Perky and firm looks good even if big. As you age, oversized breasts turn into big, floppy pillows.
I like both fake and real breasts. I've seen a few providers with big soft natural breasts that were like pillows. Fake ones are nice to play with especially on mature providers.

You will have some guys that don't want enhanced no matter how good. My preference is natural but I won't eliminate a lady from consideration because she has enhanced breasts
Some women have implants that look like hemispheres or cones. They just look fake from a mile away. I like real or implants as long as the implants don't look really fake.
A provider I saw had implants, but I never, ever would have guessed. Not rock hard at all, but very soft. When she laid on her back, they flattened naturally, rather than standing up. Impressive work by the doc.
I have implants. Everyone from my mother to my most perverted customer/friend/sugar daddy said they wouldnt want me to get them. Then they changed very quickly. My money got better and my life got better. So I think fake definately wins

I had a date with a provider that had bilateral radical mastectomy due to cancer. Her reconstructed breasts were smaller and harder than "real" ones. It was one of my hottest dates ever.
as long as it tasteful and classy. Generally, goes for everything mainstream. Fringes like the worlds larger breast is is for the fringe. Once you determine that you live in the mainstream normal world or in the paranormal world and stick whichever you prefer, life goes on. If try to mix and try to be hybrid then life is going to suck.
What I don't like are rock hard implants or implants that look as if they were done by a hack surgeon with big ugly scars everywhere. Some implants are done so well that it's nearly impossible to tell. One lady told me that her implants were done through a small incision near her belly button. She had amazing breasts and no visible scars anywhere.
If they look HORRIBLE, I would say get them done. It's better to have nice bolt ons vs. real ones that are hideous. I would never suggest getting a boob job just to increase size though, unless she is flat as a baord, and feels bad about herself. Even then, self confidence should come from within, or those women will forever be fixing things until they die. Seems like a miserable way to live.
Anyone that consumed with only their looks, clearly has nothing else going for them. Some of the most successful women in America, are not barbie dolls. What happens when they turn 70? Eventually, we are all going to be so old that no amount of surgery will help. I am all for the small (non-surgical) cosmetic stuff like Botox, Thermage, Juviderm, etc. Those go a long way, have no down time, and are not that expensive. They also don't have the negative effects in 80 percent of the cases, that come with traditional surgical procedures.
