All depends on who you are dealing with! I am a woman who loves to be in control, so I myself take the reins. I am aggressive, but passionate at the same time. I love to give directions. i just make sure to always be very warm and welcoming, so that a man feels at ease and comfortable to do what he wills. the most i will initiate is a quick and gentle hug, after that i retreat and let him set the pace.

I prefer to let the lady lead. For a couple of reasons.
1. I make decisions and lead in my job day to day. It is nice to be able to let go and be led.
2. I feel i have had better experiences by letting the lady lead. This is probably because the lady will try or suggest things I wouldn't. either because I didnt think of it, or I am too shy to ask.

I prefer to have the lady take the lead, since it's usually the opposite in my civi life.

I'm also on the shy side, so I'm more attracted to providers who are more assertive.  I find it rather exciting when a lady senses my shyness and decides to have her way with me ...LOL
