They can't discern if my DD's are real or enhanced. This includes guys and girls (from when I used to be an exotic dancer).

I really wouldn't pay much attention, that department is not very important to me.  I like em natural and petite, and good grief, please, no piercings......

She has the cutest pair of Cs that you could ever hope to see.  Talking about the pregnant provideer post above, I saw her through most of her pregnancy, and sucked milk from her for months afterwards.

About ten years ago I was over at her home, that there was a revealing photo there of her wearing a skimpy bikini taken over twenty years ago.

I looked over at her and she smiled and said:  "Yup, they're fake."

I couldn't believe it.  Still can't.

I don't know what her doctor charged, but whatever it wass, it's probably not enough.

Have you ever seen a provider whose boobs were so well done, soft, and without scars that you had no idea they were enhancements until she told you?

Im talking, so soft that if she was standing next to an all natural girl, you could not feel or see any difference between the 2 girls?

The best I have ever seen. Couldn't tell. There was one other that came very close to this. So I guess you could say I've seen two.

So have I, a few times.

The providers I've seen, who have had boob jobs I could tell they were fake majority of the time. They all looked nice, but they had an artificial look to them. You can usually tell by nipples. Fake breast nipples tend to be very perky, and the areola area also tends to look stretched.

I kinda started to learn this from seeing providers with natural, and then seeing some with fake ones. Now it's fairly easy to tell by site. Once you acutally feel them, its a dead give aways.

I am basically looking for a good boob doctor.  Was planning to PM those who responded yes.

All the ladies will say, "yes!  Mine are perfect and soooo soft!"

The implants are filled with saline after they're inserted.
This techniques is recommended for those with a thin frame so the implant don't look like huge round balls sitting on a flat surface.
Going under the muscle AND through the arm pit is extra painful with a pretty lengthy recovery period as opposed to not cutting the chest muscles open them ripping your arm pit and skin awh from the rib cage...dayum it hurt...but I love the twins...hehe
Of your thin I highly suggest going under the muscle!!!
If you go this route I suggest getting a lazy boy recliner (ripped chest muscles) and roll up a hand towel and place between your breast. Oh, and muscle relaxers!!
Consider your recovery time.....might be at least a month or two before you'll wanna get back in the saddle.

PS: it does cost more to go under the muscle...Not all Docs will/can perform this method and not many wiling to go under the arm. They'll also require the patient to bette than healthy...no biggie though.

I understand you are looking for answers from the guys, but... I could recommend an excellent plastic surgeon. He has not done any work on me, but I used to work with him (I'm a nurse in the daytime). I no longer work with him, and I have absolutely nothing to gain by recommending him. However, I never hesitate to do so when asked, because I have seen many, many excellent breast enhancements and other related breast surgeries he has done on many women that turn out looking absolutely fantastic. Okay, here is what you need to understand about implants.  If you get implants, they might look nice with a top on, and you will probably be able to fool a majority of guys with your top on if they are done right.  Once the top comes off, you still might be able to fool a good percentage of guys.  However, once you lie down on your back, or once the guys touch your breasts, the gig is up.  Implants do not sink into your armpits when you lie down like natural breasts, and all silicone or saline implants are easily detected upon a light squeeze.  You have to understand there is a sack of fluid in your boob, and there is no surgeon in the world that can put that in there and escape detection.

I've never felt implants before so was seeking guys opinions.  Yeah, unless I could find a dr so good they were undetectable, I would not get them.

If I had a choice, I prefer ladies just leave them titties alone...  unless it looks ugly.  I might be in the minority but boobs are among the very last thing I care about.  Sure if it looks perky and youthful A or B or C or D it's a plus.... but never a deal killer.  In fact, if it's too hard or too unnatural looking or gets in the way when I'm trying to hug her, I MAY be turned off.  

One of my favorite ladies is a natural A while another is a natural DD. Another favorite lady has implants. I find them attractive equally.

As for the lady with the huge tits, I'm wondering if she'll look as great when she's older because I trust  Newton Laws and he told me from his grave that gravity takes a toll on those huge boobs quicker...  
Of course, she can always wear a bra and defy newton.   I guess there's always a way around things lol

In fact, I dated her for quite a while before I realized she had implants.  They looked and felt perfect, but I finally saw the underarm scar.  

I've dated other women that have had implants that looked good, but usually had a visible scar.  By far the biggest problem is going to large.  If there's not enough breast tissue for the size of the implant, then the feel becomes hard and the appearance looks fake.

I could still tell the difference between implants and natural but only when I intentionally went for and felt the implant sac. Some jobs are virtually undetectable, I could name a few ladies who had very nicely done.

I'm probably the wrong guy to ask because I'm not a boob guy... however, considering that I'm detail oriented, I can still differentiate.

As long as the girl has some boobs and it's not sagging down like my ball sacks after an intense draining session, it doesn't matter much to me.

Sarah is retired but belongs in the DC Providers Hall of Fame.  There was more than one board thread in her day speculating as to if her boobs were real or enhanced. She never publically responded to the dialog.

Her body type supported her 36Ds and they were soft and well...they were spectacular.

I think most determined they were indeed real.  But they weren't.

doesn't tend to have the ripple effect on the bag which sometimes can be detected on the sides of the breast...not that bad though.
My incision was placed in the crease I my arm pits so there is absolutely no scar.
The secret is to massage the incision site daily once stitches are removed for a good 6 months. This prevents scaring and helps those that tend to develop keloids.
Those that've never had breast implants can only get the saltine ones.
However, if you'd previously had implants then you can get the silicone but must agree to be a done under fed law as an experiment or something of that nature. Wouldn't bother me at all....lol

Also, it's best to not go very big...the stretching (no children) of my skin was awful pain.
Start small and once the boobs relax and the skin adheres (stretches a little) they can go back in through the arm pit and add more saline...this will perk those puppies up a little...hehe

All imants have a 10 year warranty and come with a serial number. That serial number will be provided to you via a piece of paper taped to each breast when you wake up.
