The best I have ever seen. Couldn't tell. There was one other that came very close to this. So I guess you could say I've seen two.

People tell me all the time that

They can't discern if my DD's are real or enhanced. This includes guys and girls (from when I used to be an exotic dancer).

The providers I've seen, who have had boob jobs I could tell they were fake majority of the time. They all looked nice, but they had an artificial look to them. You can usually tell by nipples. Fake breast nipples tend to be very perky, and the areola area also tends to look stretched.

I kinda started to learn this from seeing providers with natural, and then seeing some with fake ones. Now it's fairly easy to tell by site. Once you acutally feel them, its a dead give aways.

The implants are filled with saline after they're inserted.
This techniques is recommended for those with a thin frame so the implant don't look like huge round balls sitting on a flat surface.
Going under the muscle AND through the arm pit is extra painful with a pretty lengthy recovery period as opposed to not cutting the chest muscles open them ripping your arm pit and skin awh from the rib cage...dayum it hurt...but I love the twins...hehe
Of your thin I highly suggest going under the muscle!!!
If you go this route I suggest getting a lazy boy recliner (ripped chest muscles) and roll up a hand towel and place between your breast. Oh, and muscle relaxers!!
Consider your recovery time.....might be at least a month or two before you'll wanna get back in the saddle.

PS: it does cost more to go under the muscle...Not all Docs will/can perform this method and not many wiling to go under the arm. They'll also require the patient to bette than healthy...no biggie though.

If I had a choice, I prefer ladies just leave them titties alone...  unless it looks ugly.  I might be in the minority but boobs are among the very last thing I care about.  Sure if it looks perky and youthful A or B or C or D it's a plus.... but never a deal killer.  In fact, if it's too hard or too unnatural looking or gets in the way when I'm trying to hug her, I MAY be turned off.  

One of my favorite ladies is a natural A while another is a natural DD. Another favorite lady has implants. I find them attractive equally.

As for the lady with the huge tits, I'm wondering if she'll look as great when she's older because I trust  Newton Laws and he told me from his grave that gravity takes a toll on those huge boobs quicker...  
Of course, she can always wear a bra and defy newton.   I guess there's always a way around things lol

I really wouldn't pay much attention, that department is not very important to me.  I like em natural and petite, and good grief, please, no piercings......

She has the cutest pair of Cs that you could ever hope to see.  Talking about the pregnant provideer post above, I saw her through most of her pregnancy, and sucked milk from her for months afterwards.

About ten years ago I was over at her home, that there was a revealing photo there of her wearing a skimpy bikini taken over twenty years ago.

I looked over at her and she smiled and said:  "Yup, they're fake."

I couldn't believe it.  Still can't.

I don't know what her doctor charged, but whatever it wass, it's probably not enough.

There was a lady in DC...Sexy Sarah

Sarah is retired but belongs in the DC Providers Hall of Fame.  There was more than one board thread in her day speculating as to if her boobs were real or enhanced. She never publically responded to the dialog.

Her body type supported her 36Ds and they were soft and well...they were spectacular.

I think most determined they were indeed real.  But they weren't.

My First Double was with the now Tampa superstar Stephanie Rose and Tyler Rae...read the review if you like. As the four "girls" were displayed for the first time, Tyler (who had a pair of DD's) commented on Stephanie Rose's D's "I wish I could have a set like yours that didn't come from a doctor."   Stephanie smiled and said, "Hun, mine came from the same place yours did."
