I'm a bit conflicted on what to do with a situation that happened this morning. I received an email requesting to meet today. He had no references as this was his first time with a provider. He sent me his linkdin profile. He then Continued to send me explicit emails and I told him I was not the right companion for him and not comfortable meeting him.  He then Went on to email me several harsh emails to the point of threatening with LE.
Is this something I would report to the blacklist?
Do I warn his local board about him?
Any advice would help!

No references and only a linkedin profile. I never saw him but then I found out he also contacted another girl and tried to use me as a reference. Luckily the girl checked and found out I never saw him.  

Being that he was sending you explicit messages kindly remind him that he is also guilty of soliciting prostitution and ignore the rest of his communication.

Its assholes like this that make is hard for hobbyist like me who act like a gentleman with providers.

What I do when they get nasty about it is filter their messages to spam and ignore them.  
It's a good idea to warn others too.

I don't believe any gentleman should threaten any lady in any manner. Be it physical, mental, coercive, or with repercussions of any kind.  Profiles on any social media are no proof of who you are or if you are safe.  Don't fear his reporting you to Leo, what will he say, " I tried hiring this lady for sex and she refused me."?  It may just get him in handcuffs.  Stay safe, Taylor..

I've called ladies up, not offered references (although I had them at the time) and just scheduled.  Once I asked why, and the lady offered that I gave off good vibes, seemed no hastle, and sounded good..... well, on other occasions I've also been asked for references, but they were not accepted (they were too long ago, although the reference remembers me, but the current lady didn't even call because she said it was too loong ago).  At that  point I drop it because there is no way I will enjoy the session - the lady will be anxious, and uncomfortable.  why some guys insist at that point is beyond me.  On the other hand I would offer:

When I make that first contact with a lady I'd like to meet, I point them at ways to find out about me on the net that are not self-generated content.  I have just enough of a "footprint" on the 'net that I can be "found" (compete with photo) on "third party" sites.

I'm not sure where your getting 4 years. It's been 2 and I had my ter and ads pulled due to safety issues and a stalker I had. I had new pictures on my eros and just had new pictures done this week as well,waiting for them.Not sure why that matters or has anything to do with my issue of a guy being hostile towards me in an email.  Alias is cute though.

I'm a newbie too and have explained my situation like a gentleman to several providers that I was interested in. I accepted their decisions not to see me like a gentleman as well. It is very difficult but I have managed to make two arrangements and accept that this takes patience. You obviously came across someone who has a problem and as such others should be warned. As far as his threats are concerned I will quote the old adage " empty barrels make the most noise". He will most likely go away and harass another provider while he arranges dates with Rosey Palmer and her five friends.
