Most of those foods state the benefits come from increasing testosterone. Go to an aging clinic or your doctor and get a patch or a monthly shot of actual testosterone. Its what steroids intended purpose is, to help the aging male feel better, look better, etc.(that and to combat dwarfism and some disease but thats another thread)...and then eat whatever you want within reason and don't worry about getting a little extra kick from some of these foods, though some look like a good idea. Actual T shots or patches explains the handful of 75+ yr olds at my gym that look like an aged Vin Diesel.

We only had a glass or two each so I've got two opened bottles.
