I'm looking for feedback from Hobbyists who are very into going for BBBJTC from providers(I've read many great reviews on some) and also from those providers that provide this service.

I'm just starting out as a new hobbyist. I'm a 41 year old businessman in good shape. My wife of 14 years has developed a seevre case of TMJ which precludes her from providing the good BBBJTC's that she has done in the past...and frankly I really miss this...so I'm looking for an occasional alternative without having to get into any type of affair or relationship which is clearly not what I want.I travel all over the country and most frequently to the midwest,west coast and Twin Cities.

My question to hobbyists who are into this has to do with safety and how they feel going to a provider for this knowing that although the risks may be less than most acts, risk still exists.....do you just accept the risk or are you just really confident of the quality of the provider that you are not concerned. I'd really love to go forward with this but I'd really like to hear from all the hobbyists receiving this as well as comments and feedback from providers of BBBJTC.

there are risks in everyday life, such as walking across a busy street, riding in a car, taking an airplane or even climbing a stepladder. And foods ... heck, some people are deathly alergic to goober peas!

I believe there has never been a case of a man becoming HIV+ from receiving oral sex, though not sure of any other STDs.

If you see a top notch high quality provider or even a porn star some have tests by AIM there are always risks  just like flying or changing a tire at the side of the road

My situation is similar to yours, early forties, good shape, long term marriage, and the draw of a good BBBJTC is one that's hard to resist. However, there is a risk that could potentially prove devastating to your relationship.

A couple of years ago I saw a provider who is very low volume to the point of not even advertising, and has awesome oral skills. A few days after our encounter I noticed a slight burning during urination and a little discharge. This obviously totally freaked me out, but thankfully I hadn't had sex at home since the encounter. I went straight down to the public clinic because of the anonymity, and got every test they had for STD's. I gotta say it was really humiliating and then after I had to wait a week and go back in for the results. Obviously in the meantime making any excuse to not get intimate with wifey.

All tests came back negative and the nurse told me it was probably some kind of minor urinary infection, but BBBJ's can easily transfer bacterial infections like Chlamidia, Ghonorea (sp?), and syph. All easily treatable but try explaining to the little woman. HIV, she explained, is almost impossible to transfer in this method, but she didn't normally tell "customers" this to discourage risky behavior.

Conclusions? First, it scared the shit out me and I stopped seeing providers for over a year. Second, if you do, then make sure you abstain from any sex at home for a couple of weeks to make sure you don't give wifey a gift that you'll absolutely regret.

Life is full of risks and this activity, like any other, requires precautions.

Herpes is also a risk.  Even if there is no breakout there is a 5-8% chance of transferring it orally or genitally.  And that is a gift that keeps on giving.

Great post Gordo. If someone thinks the risk is worth it for themselves than that is their business. But if someone is going to have sex with a their wife, girlfriend, lover or whoever then by all means cover up at all times with while with a provider. No innocent person deserves to be infected because of someone elses selfishness.

Does that stop me from enjoying BBJ - hell no! If you enjoy something, you usually find a way to keep doing it anyway.(whether that's a good thing or a bad thing)..

Prostate infection is another risk from BBBJ. Doctors aren't very good at diagnosing it either. It's the devil to get rid of sometimes too. I stay away from BBBJ with agency girls. The only one I allow is my ATF. She always uses listerine after each encounter. Not a guaranty but I'm sure it helps.

I know no body wants to hear this, but...

TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint.  One doesn't "get" TMJ we all came with two of them  It's like saying I've developed knee.  The proper term is TMD for Temporomandubular Dissorder.

BTY, I think I might be able to help your wife with her problem.  But of course I'd have to have her give me a bj or two to diagnose just whats wrong.
