Here are my answers:

No.  Never. I always use "wipes" to clean all areas in addition to the use of protection.  Have not had even a single case of STDs.  I am in my 40s.

I never talk with other people about these, so can't tell you about others.

Yes, when they find the love of their lives, and only then for hobbiest.  For providers, it must also include the financial security.  Overwhelming number of providers are in this not for sex, but for financial rewards

I would prefer Nevada especially, for STD safety.  But I rarely see a provider, unless she is somehow exceptional.
