Anyone seen this story, I heard about it today on a local sports talk station. Pretty weird situation here.

I saw the story. Due to her lawsuit, she is now being investigated by ex-cops with the MLB investigative unit.  And it appears she didn't even sue the right guy.  The ballplayer was in church with his wife when she alleged she saw him! lol

She hasnt filed any lawsuit against anyone. She filed a Police Report and she is not being investigated for anything. They are investigating the guy. It didnt happen on a Sunday, again get your facts straight before you have something to say.

Actually, its a month old and has been discussed here before.  In that month's time, I have not seen it picked up by any mainstream media.  Its worth noting that the story you linked to is actually the press release Demi issued through her website last month that was then posted here so while it is a bit of an odd story, at least to date, there does not really appear to be any real legs to the story, to date anyway.
