1. The reviews are fictional. Just because someone writes in a review that they did something with the provider, doesn't mean they actually did.
2. Chemistry means a lot. Maybe she didn't like your looks (for whatever reason). Maybe there was something about the way you smelled. Maybe there was something about you that made her decide not to do certain things with you.
3. People change. I knew a provider who loved to kiss (as I do). I saw her every time I went to Boston which was about 2-3 times a year, over several years. Then suddenly on my next visit, she decided she had a new rule: no kissing on the mouth. There could be multiple reasons for a change. For example, maybe she has a new boyfriend and wants to do certain things only with him.
4. You may have seen her through agency X who pays her less than she gets when she works with agency Y and so may have decided to cut back on the services because she's being paid less.
5. Maybe you were the last date near the end of the night, and she was tired and sore and decided not to do certain things because she was too tired for them.
6. Maybe she does certain things only when she gets to know the person better, like maybe on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. visit.
These are just some of the reasons. I'm sure others can give more. But, maybe you should look back on the visit and see if there are any subtle signals that may give you a clue. Or maybe just try again and ask her directly when you see her.
