(1) The agents in this encounter appear to be ICE, not Customs and Border Patrol, as in the later deadly encounter.
(2) Pretti was undoubtly pissed over something and spit on their SUV and kicked out their right tail light.
(3) He clearly had a gun in the back of his pants but never reached for it.
(4) After the agents took him to the ground, subdued him, and talked to him, they let him go. They could have charged him with vandalism, assault, obstruction, resisting, etc.  

The actions irrefutably prove
 Pretti was prone to violence supported and advocated violence and in fact a violent person.

If you're referring to the video seen from the back of the vehicle, there's another you may or may not have seen yet that I just saw a couple hours ago but taken from the front passenger side.  pretti clearly spits at the officer as his door is closing.  You can see him hurrying to try to hit him before the door closes.  Not a bid difference but he's clearly spitting at another person, not at the vehicle.  

You don't shoot people for blocking traffic - which they weren't even doing - you move them out of harm's way.  And for the umpteenth time, she didn't hit anybody with her car. The videos clearly show the shooter was a foot or more from her vehicle.  You seem incapable of accepting reality that doesn't fit your preconceived narrative.
