Page count is the old way to judge judicial merit.  Now they do it by tonnage.

Now she’s claiming it’s a political attack on her 😂

CNN's legal expert, Elie Honig, was ripping her the other day and he usually refrains from being too harsh on anyone as he is more laid back and not a hot take guy. This woman is handing Trump a gift. The problem is this is a state case so he cant pardon himself, although I realize there is great debate on whether Trump can pardon himself against the federal charges. One wouldn't think so but with this SCOTUS? Who knows????

Her personal behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. However, that has nothing to do with the ligitimacy of the RICO charges filed against trump and his allies. Two or more things can be true at the same time.

The case against Trump In Georgia is a political attack. Fanni and her kickback-giving boyfriend have been in communication with the Biden White House counsel TWICE and Billed the Georgia Taxpayers for that as well.

This after Biden SWORE on a stack of Bibles that his administration was NOT coordinating with any of the prosecutors.

Routine contact with WH counsel's office does not prove that anything untoward happened. It's been reported that the contact was procedural with respect to contacting former WH officials. Why must you immediately jump to conclusions and assume the worst? Oh wait. I know. Never mind.

"it's been reported, are you referring to the reporting by CNN and MSDNC?

Re: How would it be a political attack if REPUBLICANS are testifying???? eom
Are you kidding? it doesn't matter one wit whos testifying... WHO"S TRYING TO PUT TRUMP IN JAIL??? Hummm let me see.... OHH I KNOW DEMOCRATS ! ! !

Did you ever listen to the phone call with Trump and the REPUBLICANS who ran the GA election? He tells them to go find 11,000 votes LONG AFTER the vote was certified. Yet again he wanted democracy overturned and decent Republicans, who put country first and dont have Trump worship fever, are diming him out and I love it!

I realize this is impossible for you to accept, however it seems to most objective observers that trump is trying hard to put himself in jail. He is credibly accused of 91 criminal counts in 4 separate indictments by both federal, state, and county career prosecutors. These prosecutors have all found compelling evidence and probable cause of criminal activity not political activity. Cry all you want about it being a 'witch hunt', but it is all about law enforcement and accountability.

Oh you mean like when the FBI at the behest of the AG RAIDED WITH A SWAT TEAM this family’s home (yeah they were just a huge threat!) and hauled him off to jail…

This after the local prosecutor declined to press charges. Funny how when it actually went to trial the jury took a AN ENTIRE HOUR to find the guy not guilty.

Or

How about not arresting the pro abortion activists who were protesting outside of the conservative Supreme Court justices homes? Which btw is a felony! 😳

Deflection and whataboutism are your stock-in-trade. It's what you do. It's who you are. It's pathetic.

Projection

2024 = GOP
Let's Go Brandon

That's all you got. Plus a little schoolyard name calling and misunderstanding about what projection really is. I could explain it to you but you would never understand.

From the article.

"In an interview with Fox News on Wednesday morning, attorney and legal analyst Phil Holloway laid out how Donald Trump's Georgia election interference case could be dismissed amid Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' allegations she had an affair with a special prosecutor in her office who she hired in the case.

"If it can be proven she violated the constitution in the way of substitute due process claims, that she was fundamentally unfair in how she carried out her prosecutorial duties, then that could result in a dismissal (of the case)," Holloway told Harris Faulkner on The Faulkner Focus."

Hiiii Larious

…the attempt to disqualify her.  Where’s CDL with his usual (and ONLY) Shakespeare quote:
“The lady doth protest too much, methinks.”

She can protest all she wants but she has fucked up big time as a prosecutor and as a rising star in the DNC. So tell us all there lawyer boy… what should happen to her?

Page count is the old way to judge judicial merit.  Now they do it by tonnage.

Did Willis fuck up? YEP. Big time. Her appointment of a guy with whom she was having a relationship was a gross error of judgment.
Does it have ANYTHING to do with the merits of the case? NOPE.
She should withdraw and let the case itself go forward and be decided on the basis of the law and the evidence.
Are our resident righty clowns capable of discerning the differences here? That would be a resounding NO.
They are truly a bunch of Bozos.
