As for why "only" ten drugs are covered your ignorance is astonishing. First of all Insulin was already capped by this bill at not more than $35 a month. And over the next 4 years, Medicare will negotiate prices for up to 60 drugs covered under Medicare Part D and Part B, and up to an additional 20 drugs every year after that.

all reasonable expectations for sales are just another way to launder money to politicians. A related scam is wealthy Dem donors purchasing truck loads of the books and then donating them to schools and libraries, with the royalties, of course, going to the politician.
If Trump self-publishes a memoir, he will get the publisher's share as well and will make another fortune, especially if he writes it in prison while doing time after a conviction. It will be a worldwide bestseller either way.

…every other country has been getting negotiated drug prices for decades, and Americans have had to pay out the nose for drugs that’s often discovered using R&D money paid by US tax payers. So this sounds like a win until you remember that this industry engineered a virus in a Chinese lab that escaped and killed millions, giving gov’t the excuse to close down businesses, or have BLM burn them down, while people were locked in their homes so that same industry could force feed everyone a vaccine that doesn’t work but does give people heart attacks.
