I put the money in plain view...usually so that the provider can scan it at a glance and know the correct amount is there. I hate it when a provider counts before the session and if its in an envelope....it makes it harder to count and even more untrusting for the provider to "open" the envelope to count it....so putting it in plain view helps save me the feeling of not being trusted, if the provider is a counter!
In response to the question, "what is your favorite position," a famous porn star replied, "payment in advance." I was talking with a trusted fellow hobbyist who said he always placed the "donation" in an envelope. I never do, leaving it, instead, on the dresser or placing it in plain view on a near by piece of furniture. Is this bad form? Suggestions appreciated.
But I have oft been the recipient of a sweet card with a little note akin to 'Thanks for our time together'... which makes me smile long after my nethers have cooled.
Well Aria, I would be in favor of keeping the smile on your face. The card sounds like a nice idea, I would only have to hope the visit matched the sentiment of the card.
personally, as a provider....I hate envelopes. I have a "loose change bowl" where loose change can be placed....I know everything is in order and relaxation comes sooner
I've been taken a few times by the "envelope"...since I never discuss it..and only open it after the door has closed...seeing a single inside a sealed envelope does not make me a happy camper after an hours worth of a REALLY good time.
So...long story short (sorry) I am against the envelope.

Either is fine in my opinion. I find one no different than the other, but that is just me. THe only package I am concerned about when I am visited is the visitor. The donation is 2nd... or 3rd.... lol
If the provider's web site specifically asks for the donation to be in an envelope, then I follow the directios. If not, it is not on the first visit, so she can see it and easily count it. On future visits sometimes I use a card.
