I'm not sure, but it sounds like when we submit problem reports to TER, we earn VIP credits, Is this true? Where are the rules for this listed? Or am I just wrong in what I percieved? Thanks.

I earned tons of extra VIP days because of it and I didn't even try. One time, within 2 weeks I got over 7 problem reports approved. :-)

The vast majority of the problems I found were those where the same provider has more than one review pages; others are like typos in URL.

When you see a problem, just click on "Report Problem" on the review page.

Go to the "Account Managaer" page and then "Edit Profile"; it'll show the number of days you have left.

I don't know if it works if you not alread a VIP.

If your already have a log-in, it;s the same log-in.

then go to the reviews.

On the profile page you should now see the section for services offered, with the actual services listed instead of the message bout signing up for VIP.
When you click to read the review, "the juicy details" should now be visable instead of the link to join the VIP.

It should all be automatic, if you are logged in when you go to the reviews.

An approved problem report will result in an additional two days of VIP membership, regardless of previous membership status (paid or free, expired or not).

But you cannot start from zero to be eligible for free problem report VIP days - you must have either previously purchased VIP or earned VIP status by writing two approved TER reviews.
