ACCOUNT MANAGER
Our Account Manager  is located in the VIP Section. It enables you to change your email address and password, view the status of your reviews or make any other corrections, change the way you pay for membership, and so much more! We’ve even included a form to help you communicate with our TER staff. 

BASIC VS. VIP MEMBERSHIP
You must be a registered user before you can submit reviews. It's free, just  sign-up. If you want to upgrade your basic membership to VIP Membership either submit reviews or go to the  Account Manager and choose a payment option that works best for you.

TER is very usable with only a basic membership. You don't need to pay or submit reviews to be a basic member, just sign-up . Check out the Why Join page to find out the added features that come with being a VIP member.

SUBMITTING REVIEWS
Submissions are sent to our staff from the  Review Section. Simply follow the instructions on the Guidlines for Submitting Reviews. Click I Agree, and then fill out the review of your experience as objectively as possible. Once you submit your review, you can track its status from your  Account Manager. If there are any changes you’d like to make, fill out the appropriate update information and resubmit it.

We try to post as many reviews as possible, but we do prefer to err on the side of caution. Still, if your review is passed on, don’t give up! Each successfully posted review is worth 15 FREE days in your VIP Membership bank.

USING THE SEARCH FORMS
The  Search Form is a very powerful TER feature.You can use it to both fine tune your search and zero in on the type of providers who interest you the most. While the VIP version of the Search Form boasts all of the same features as the Regular Search Form, the bulk of these options can only be used by VIP Members.  

REPORTING A PROBLEM WITH A REVIEW
Our reviews aren’t worth much if they aren’t up to date or accurate. But we’ve managed to solve this problem by enlisting you to help us. If you take exception to a review, click on the Report A Problem button located in that particular review and tell us what’s wrong. For each problem you correctly report, we’ll credit your account 2 VIP days! Where else can you help yourself by helping others?

UPDATING A BAD WEB SITE OR PHONE NUMBER
We have a detailed list of provider profiles that are linked to  Bad Web Sites and Bad Phone Numbers. If you find the correct contact information, please click on the update button and give us the info. You will receive 2 VIP days for each correctly provided new site or phone number.

SEARCHING FOR OTHERS WITH THE SAME PHONE NUMBER
This feature which is included in every provider profile, allows you to search for other providers using the same phone number of the lady you are currently viewing ­ but you must be a VIP Member to take advantage of it. If so, go the provider you desire and click on her phone number from the inside of her profile. You will be given a list of all other providers with the same phone number.

SEARCHING FOR MORE REVIEWS BY A CERTAIN REVIEWER
This feature that is included in every provider profile, allows you to call up all other reviews that a particular member has posted ­ but you must be a VIP Member to take advantage of it. If so, go to the provider you desire and click on the reviewer's name in the summary. You will be given a list of all the reviews penned by this same person.

USING THE "FAVORITES" FEATURE
This feature helps you compile your own personal list of provider reviews ­ but you must be a VIP Member to take advantage of it. If so, go to the provider you wish to add to your Favorites List and click on the "Add To Favorites" option. Once she’s been added to Provider  Favorites List , you can visit it anytime to view chosen providers and read their reviews. (You can also remove a provider from this list).
