well thank you    honestly   this site looks confusing... but i guess  ill   figure it out soon.

I am right with you Megan, they don't make this site very user friendly. They say it is and they will help but I've had very bad service from them so far. Mostly they like to say it's all my fault but I have proved them wrong a few times now. Not to say I haven't done things wrong also. You do have to keep at it. Ask very very detailed question and try to stay calm. If you know another provider ask her question too. They are the ones I've had to turn to to get things done.  Good luck it's nice to know I'm not the only one having issues.

There are many here who know this site inside out and they are happy to help you understand it and make it work for you.
