I am right with you Megan, they don't make this site very user friendly. They say it is and they will help but I've had very bad service from them so far. Mostly they like to say it's all my fault but I have proved them wrong a few times now. Not to say I haven't done things wrong also. You do have to keep at it. Ask very very detailed question and try to stay calm. If you know another provider ask her question too. They are the ones I've had to turn to to get things done. Good luck it's nice to know I'm not the only one having issues.
If you haven't gotten your first review here you don't have an ID number yet. Have you searched for reviews of yourself here? If not just click on the reviews tab, then on search reviews and enter information specific to you like your provider name, ph# or email. If you find some you can have them linked to your user name so we can find them any time you post, you will also be eligible for free provider VIP when you have reviews.
