    I am new here and have no clue how to post I have done so like 3 times and it says every time that it should be posted soon, yet never is. Help

to ter when you are new your posts here are moderated.Which means admin has to approve your posts first before it is posted on any board on ter.After being a member for awhile and posting on the different boards admin will un-moderate you or you will have to request to not be moderated anymore.
A suggestion for you on this board right below the life raft click on self-help center it will provide you with a lot of info.

All new members will be moderated for a while. Sometimes it takes minutes and sometimes it takes hours for posts to go up. iIt depends how busy admin is.  Just be patient. Your posts will post eventually. (This one obviously posted). After you post for a while and develop a posting history, then contact admin using the 'contact us' button and ask to be unmoderated.
Now if your posts dont go up at all, then follow businesses advice, and you will find out why.
