Wasn't this just discussed recently? Was it on Newbie or General? I can't find it using the Search function. I guess I'm still a newbie when it comes to searching!

Did you no longer consider yourself a newbie in this hobby? Do you go by time hobbying, providers seen, or some other metric?

but in general, I'd say after you've seen 10 or so gals over the course of one to two years.

But to be expert, you need to have seen at least 30 different gals over 10 years or so.

Of course, there will be wide variations depending on the person

Great post - though I don't see why we cannot have a cap & gown ceremony -- maybe some nice little icon near our logon name with a cap and gown image? ;-)
