Hopefully somebody can help me here ;b I'm an Ottawa based provider trying to post a visiting ad to NYC for next October. However the status of my board post is "Not Allowed" for the following reason: "Visiting dates are needed in a visiting ad. Please review guidelines here"

The problem is that I do clearly mention the dates that I will be visiting NYC...Is there something I may be doing wrong? I did review the guidelines and I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything...

You might want to point them to the dates in your reply.

are required to be in the subject line of the ad.  When I was a mod, this was the most common reason I had when reading ads and removing them.
