Your information is probably less safe actually. An agency basically means probably more serious record keeping and more likely that your information is seen by multiple people. And if the agency is busted, there is a chance those records could become known to LE or be made public. I'm not saying that it's better to stay with independents. Both have their pros and cons. With an agency, you are more likely to get the woman in the photo and you have at least some assurance the woman you see isn't LE.

Highly rated agencies dump information each night. So does highly rated indies. You can end up ensnared via either route if you deal with careless agencies or indies. Desert Divas and a couple of NYC agencies are used as examples why one should avoid agencies. The proponents of that argument fail to mention that the agencies were taken down because they were either trafflicing drugs or underaged females. If you live in a small city maybe cops have nothing better to do than bust escorts and their customers. Large city police agencies have enough real crime to contend with and are unlikely to go after prostitution unless drugs, underaged males\females, and\or public nuisance situations exist. If an agency or indie gets busted and your name is on a list, cops most likely won't shake you down unless you're a big time repeat, politician or well known person.
