Pink boxes sounds like a reference to a vagina, so maybe a synonym for screwing?

That sounds like fisting.  Not the least bit fact-based, but that's my guess.

Several already have, but haven't mentioned it in their reviews.

Well,I asked her, those that guessed (or knew) fisting win the grand prize!
